Motosprint - Corti: "We will have a completely new bike at Aragon"

Tuesday, 25 March 2014 11:06 GMT

The development of the WSBK-spec F4 RR of the MV Agusta RC – Yakhnich Motorsport Team continues with the goal of closing the gap with the front runners. Claudio Corti told the Italian magazine Motosprint about the situation at the moment.

"We are working on the engine, electronics and weight distribution. At Jerez we will try new headstock, rear shock and fuel tank. The goal is to bridge half the gap with the front runners then start with the real development of the bike" said the former MotoGP rider.

As Motosprint reports, the team tested the bike at the Cremona circuit to sort out the problems Corti encountered in the two race starts in Australia ('Did you see my race starts at Phillip Island?' he ironically stated), whilst in next week's test at Jerez the team will have a lot of new parts and solutions to evaluate.
